I was deeply unhappy for a very long while, angry a lot of the time, I felt frustrated and trapped in my own existence. Having a caring husband, three beautiful children, a home, a career, did nothing for me.
I was choking on my life of duties and responsibilities.
On the tram to work one day in 2006 I spiralled into this abyss of dark hopelessness.
I decided after that frightening experience to never ever get that far, ever again!
That dark experience inspired my journey to emotional wellbeing.
In 2011, I had had enough of the fooling around.
I was either going to jump in and live my life or carry on studying how to live a good life.
I made up my mind to live, here I am today.
Not trying to be happy.
You too can find joy in your own experience of life.
